1:6 mold - 150 bricks 1:12 mold - 1000 bricks
Figures are close but approximate. Creating a larger mix than necessary will waste material and decrease total yield. Amount of water used will also have an impact on overall yield.

Ive now made 6 sets of bricks with my new mold it is fantastic; removing the bricks is simple with very gentle touch I expect the mold will last for thousands of bricks
